As we know, no two model railway locomotives will run the same - Just like new cars off of a production line.
Lococruiser DCC decoders have been developed with this in mind, offering the user to make to make a variety of adjustments, in order to fine tune that loco.
For example, you can adjust the start voltage, ensuring that the engine starts to move on speed step one rather than a higher speed step.
Or you can make your loco run at a scale top speed - just like the prototype, and with a scale stopping distance.
Useful tuning adjustments include programmable Back EMF and motor frequency control.
Progamming the speed steps ( speed curve ) is ideal for reproducing a realistic running scenario for your particular locomotive - after all an 08 diesel shunter would not run like an A4 express locomotive.
Even the lighting outputs can be adjusted to your own preferences
